Nothing good about fasting. I do fasting more often once a week or so on.  There is no different i see in my life.  I fast this year and i still the same person next year.  We only fast as it says in the bible it is better to fast know than to fast later when our groom is gone and not near us to listen to us.  It is better to fast know than later.
