I've learnt that the sedduces were in fact not in suppport of the traditions in favour of the jewish religion. It explains their oppsition to Jesus and why they must have felt threatened by his preaching. I also did not know the difference between the sedduces and the pharisees but now i do. The fact that agirculture was the main economic support at the time of Jesus also came as a surprise, but i guess it makes sense that they had limited stuff back then. i have always been of the view that Jesus was always travelling in order to spread his message but i di not think he spent most of his lif in Nazareth. This was also an intersting fact to learn. Another good lesson that stood out for me is the fact that most of the Jews were actually in Jerusalem the time Jesus wa arrested and killed and that they were there as a result of the Passover. This reflects how seriously they took their religion for them to travel to Jerusalem every Passover. It is however sad to read learn how women'd education was separated from the men's. All in all i think this information was really helpfull for our knowledge in Jesus's background
