Jesus accomplished all of the purposs mentioned in the lesson reading. He came and preached the good news to the poor, especially and preached about the kingdom of God. He accomplished all these things when he came and died for our sins, which is one of his greatest accomplishments

How does Jesus link intimacy to him with obedience to him?" a "New" commandment?

If you hear Jesus or listen to him you shall be saved. When we follow his commandements we are showing him that we love him and if we love him, Jesus the lord God will love us too. This is how our intimacy with Jesus is linked to our obedience to him. We should obey the lord Jesus as a reflection of our love for him.

If you had a one-on-one meal with Jesus, what would you discuss?

I would ask him to help me improve my relationship with him and the father God, to help me understand him and follow in his footsteps.
