God paid the same amount because He has called everyone in His vineyard (Kingdom) equally. In the eyes of God, we are all counted equal and God has the right thing to bless us. He is the good Lord who is willing to pay all faithful workers in His vineyard. It does not matter whether you are called at last or at first but persistance with FAITH will make the belivers first in the kingdom of God. "Many are called but few are chosen"????.

Why did Jesus tell the rich man to sell all his possessions before coming to follow Him? Jesus loved the rich man and he wanted them to assist the poor before they follow Him. The rich should face the cost of being disciple of Jesus by sharing their possetions to the poor. It looked very difficult with men but with Jesus everything is possible. " MARK 9 Vs 23". The rich (disciples) should live everything ; land houses , children , mother, father , sister, brother for the sake of taking a place in God's Kingdom. AMEN!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Why didn`t the disciples want little children to come to Jesus? Why did Jesus allow the little children to come? The disciples did not want little children to come to Jesus because they counted them not worth for the kingdom of God at the same time Children to them (disciples) can not understand the teaching of Jesus. They also counted children as noise makers and obstacles to Jesus's teaching. Jesus allowed Children to come because He loves everyone. Jesus regarded children as worth of the kingdom of God as they were humble and able to listen to Him.
