Why did the Pharisees call Jesus a "deceiver"?

The Pharisees call Jesus a "deceiver" because Jesus opposed all their evill plans , law and customs. Jesus told them that He will rise again after three days but they did not believe but thought that Jesus was deceiving them. Even though the Temple was guarded, Jesus rose just from the same tomb. Jesus is the God of ressurection.

What do you think might have led Joseph of Arimathaea to be a disciple of Jesus?

Joseph of Arimathaea was led to be a disciple of Jesus after noticing that Jesus was the true Son of God who came to save all people including himself. Joseph knew that his riches will not take him into the kingdom of God but by investing his riches in Christ Jesus, he will be happy during the hervest (in the kingdom of God). Joseph felt compassion with the death of Jesus and sought to take care of the body of Jesus. Pilate released the body as he had nothing to care about becasue to him (Pilate), the body of Jesus was now useless.

What about Jesus` death impressed the Centurian so much that He realized Jesus was the Son of God?

The Centurian was impressed by Jesus'death so much that He realise Jesus was the Son of God after seeing the earthquake and the things that were done such as the opening of the tombs, raising of many bodies of the saints and the veil of the temple which was torn apart in two from the top to the bottom. The Centurian and many people believed that indeed Jesus is the Son of God.
