To show his love to us, he sent his only son JESUS so that whoever believes in him should not perish. This is a great love God has for us. Why does Jesus call Love One Another a New commandment? Love is the foundation of peaceful and harmony living in every society. God loves us even though we are sinners, by his love he sent JESUS to save us from us from sins. During his teaching, he could heal sick people, he could help the needy and others. All these were in the name of LOVE God's lover. Therefore, we need to emulate the same love towards other people. Without love, the society can not have peace at all. This is why JESUS call ' LOVE ANOTHER' as a new c commandment. A society that has people who love one another, you can not see people killing each other, stealing, hatred and others. so Love is the foundation of peace and harmony living.
