How did Jesus "equip" his disciples for powerful work by taking away their material possessions? He equiped them with the authority and the word, He also equiped them with faith to perform miracles among the people of God but with no money, food, wallet and no extra tunic. This means the Lord will provide as He did with Abraham on the mountain of the Lord will provide.

How did Jesus "equip" his disciples for powerful work by taking away their material possessions? JESUS SHOW THEM AND THEN AS THEY KNEW THAT THEY COULD BELIVE IN JESUS AND ANYTHING WOULD BE GIVEN TO THEM.
