How does Jesus link intimacy to him with obedience to him?" a "New" commandment?

Obedience is a means to respons to Jesus through faith,nothings plus + or minus, it is like creation, God choose to created us without questions comes from someone,whether we are tall or short,red or black,boy or girl,intimacy it is draw us closer to him to accept his unconditional love,to respons to our call and abide in his rules.

Why does Jesus call "Love One Another" a "New" commandment?

Love is command, and is must to everybody to agree with condition,because Jesus Christ laid down his life for us,and we ought to lay down our lives for our brothers too,let us not love with words or tongue but with actions and in truth.
