By what statement or action does Jesus claim to be God?

He said son your sins are forgiven you.Only God can forgive sins and he even proved it by telling the man too arise and walk.Since they believed that such disabledness is due to sin, he wanted to show that he is able to forgive sins through healing the man, whether their belief is right or wrong.

What is compassion, and do you possess it?

Compassion is sharing the pain and burden of others, it requires a patient and selfless personality.The stronger God`s spirit is inside me, the more compassion I can show to others, since I`ll be concentrating on others` well being than mine, and for the kingdom of God to widen than pursue my selfish interest ony.So possesing compassion has to do with pursuing the will odf God in a selfless manner.

What do you note about Jesus` approach to praying that could be useful to you?

In the first place, He rises up early in the morning and He communicates with His father before He starts any work and we should do the same.And he does this in a solitary place.This teaches us that we should be in a place where there is no distraction, both inside and outside so that we are able to communicate with the father without distraction.
